Varshaa's Divine Instinct, operated by Varsha Sanjay Pande, respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Your name, email address and phone number, so we can confirm and run your booking.
• Your date of birth and full name as you want it read, for numerology readings.
• The question or topic you share for your session.
• Payment status and reference numbers from our payment partner. We never receive your card or UPI details.

How we use it

We use your data only to schedule and deliver your session, send confirmations and reminders, handle refunds, and reply to your messages. We do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with service providers that help us run bookings: our payment gateway, video call, email and website hosting providers.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes, and delete other data on request.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to varshaasdivineinstinct@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Confidentiality of sessions

What you share in a session is kept confidential and is not shared with anyone else.
