Cancellation & Refund Policy

No cancellations or refunds

All bookings require 100% advance payment and are confirmed only after payment. Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled and the payment is not refundable.

Rescheduling

• You can reschedule a confirmed booking once, at no extra cost, subject to availability.
• Please ask at least 24 hours before your session.
• A booking that has already been rescheduled once cannot be rescheduled again.
• If you miss your session without notice, it counts as used.

If we need to cancel

If we cancel or cannot hold your session, you can choose a new time or receive a full refund.

Technical problems

If a session is cut short by a connection problem on our side, we will complete it at a new time at no extra cost.

How refunds are paid

Where a refund applies, it is sent to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
