This website is operated by Varsha Sanjay Pande, trading as Varshaa's Divine Instinct ("we", "us"). By booking a session or using this website you agree to these terms.

Services

We offer tarot and numerology readings, number alignments and muhurat timing, held one-to-one by audio or video call as booked. The duration, format and price of each service are shown on its page.

Nature of readings

Readings and sessions are for guidance, entertainment and personal reflection. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. You remain responsible for your own decisions. If you are in crisis or need medical help, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book a session.

Bookings and payment

• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• 100% advance payment is required. A booking is confirmed only after full payment is received.
• Extra time during a session is charged at ₹159 per additional 5 minutes, subject to availability.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment partner. We do not see or store your card or UPI details.

Cancellations and refunds

Confirmed bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded, and can be rescheduled once. Full details are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Conduct during sessions

We may end a session without refund if a client is abusive or threatening. Sessions may not be recorded without our written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a session is limited to the amount you paid for that session.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to bookings made after it is posted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
